The Resources library (articles, guides, and the glossary) is written and maintained by the Newtral team. This page explains who writes it, how it’s sourced, what review it goes through, and how to report an error.
Where a piece discusses a specific regulatory framework or standard — BRSR, ESRS, the GHG Protocol, GRI, TCFD, SFDR, CDP, CBAM, SASB, and others — we link to that framework’s own official source (the regulator, standard-setter, or issuing body) rather than a secondary summary. We’re steadily extending this across the older parts of the library.
Every piece goes through an editorial review before it is published to the site. This is a real step in our workflow today, not an aspiration.
Every article shows both when it was first published and when it was last reviewed. Where a piece hasn’t been revisited since it was first published, the “last reviewed” date is simply its original publish date — we don’t backdate or fabricate a later review. As frameworks change and we revisit older content, that date will move to reflect the real re-check.
If you spot an error — a factual mistake, an outdated figure, a broken source link — email support@hirenoa.ai with a link to the page and a description of the issue. We review corrections as part of the same editorial process described above.
