A KPI is a function. Diesel litres become a CO2e value through a fuel factor, a calorific value, and an emission factor. Noa declares every transformation explicitly in version-controlled SQL.

The auditor doesn’t see a magic number. They see the calculation, the inputs, and the version of the factor library that produced the result.
